I have not received my email containing the discount code

Emails can take several minutes to send, so we recommend waiting up to 10 minutes after requesting your code for its delivery before trying:
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Ensure that you correctly typed your email address
  • Ensure you have not requested a discount code previously.

Where do I enter the discount code?

The discount code can be entered on the checkout page when purchasing tickets via the c2c website or the c2c Train Travel app. 

How many discount codes can I request?

Customers are limtied to one discount code each.

What tickets are valid with the discount?

You can purchase any weekday Off-Peak c2c ticket with the discount code. We are not currently able to offer the discount on weekend tickets due to ongoing engineering work on our route.

Terms & conditions

  • This discount code entitles the recipient to a 50% discount on any Off-Peak c2c tickets, travelling Monday - Friday inclusive. The discount code is not valid at weekends.
  • Valid for travel on c2c services only.
  • Discount is valid from 1 - 12 November 2021 for travel on same dates
  • c2c reserves the right to deactivate discount codes that are miss-used, or to cancel/amend this promotion at any time.
